Scam Ripoff

This is an update to all victims of Transnet Wireless/Nationwide Cybersystems. Yes, it is true that the FTC did shut them down. What this means is that they froze the assets of the company until the case can be heard. Does this mean you are out your money? Maybe not. We were contacted by the FTC earlier this year after we visited the Miami FBI office and filed a report last year in September. What we found out, much too late, was that the BBB is no help in these matters concerning any of these companies as the BBB is an organization that charges the people who belong to the organization, and they do not function as an independent group, rather they cater to the membership upon whom they rely for their funding. I would suggest that you contact the Atlanta, GA FTC office to file a complaint. They are the only entity with the ability to shut these people down and ensure that they do not take part in any more consumer ripoffs. I would also be wary of a new "opportunity" that I saw on TV last night, that one being the Digital Photo Express, being sold by a company called National Imaging Distributors, whose headquarters just happen to be in another Miami, Florida suburb. Personally, the state of Florida needs to be proactive when it comes to any companies like these, as they all set up shop there. There are many reports on line concerning the practices of these companies, including one from WSVN TV, where they tried to interview Paul Pemberton. It turns out he had a prior criminal past, and this was part of the charges the FTC brought against the company. I would suggest that you not spend anymore money on class action suits, as they only ones who are guaranteed to make any money are the attorneys. There is no cost in contacting the FTC and you stand a better chance of getting something back through them as everyone else has to line up behind the governments case.
