Credit Card Scam... No $15,000.. Didnt take them long to cash my check though

My husband and I received a letter of guaranteed approval for a $15,000 credit card in the mail. It asked for $37.00 regular delivery or $43.00 rush delivery. We chose the $43.00 delivery.

They cashed our check about 4 days after we had sent it and have waited over 2weeks for the card and still no card. I believe I was scammed.
