Ripoff dangerous equipment and I thought I was approved for the one year same as cash but they gave me 21 percent interest rate Internet

They lied about the card I was aproved for
I cannot reach bowflex by phone

The seat flipprf off twice, I landed hard on my wrist so I could have knocked my teeth out

I really like working out on it, I just want to be safe and I want to interest free for one year that I applied for and thought I got

How do I reach bowflex for help My kids want to work out on it but I dont want them to slip off and get hurt

It is a very good machine and I love using it.
But I applied for the twleve month same as cash
My first bill I payed 100 dollars on a minimum of 35 dollar payment. I was charged two interest charges of 35 bucks a piece

So over sixy percent of my payment was used for finance charges. I sent it out two weeks early it was not late
I cant reach anyone at bowflex. I wait on hold for half an hour then get cut off or they give me another number to call.

Is it legal to scam people in such a dishonest way.
They know it is going on because I just read hundreds of the same complaints.
