U.S.A. I ordered several book from double day. I received my first two orders and then did not receive any more of the books i ordered. I was still billed for these books even after several emails. After receiving a letter from double day threatening to report me to the credit bureau (which finally included a phone number) i called and demanded that these books be taken off my account. They finally did but then turned arround an shipped me three more books at a ridiculious price and i have not received those books either. I called once again and asked that double day cancel my subscrition because they had completely negated the purchasing agreement and was told rudelly that i could not cancel until i met my purchasing requirment (which i did months ago). But after trying to log on to my account for a purchasing history to prove that i had met my purchasing requirement, i was told that double day's system was unable to access the information. So i am stuck unable to access the infromation; with more charges for books i have not received. Even with a phone number i can not speak to any one but rude, unhelpful, csr and supervisiors. I will be advising the better business bureau as well as random house which i believe is over double day. Toyenew bern, north carolina
