Ripoff Target discriminates against blacks, blacks have NEVER worked at this store

The Target Store has been in business several years. I worked there briefly in 2004. I noticed alot of blacks applying for work, but were never hired. I asked around and was told "blacks have never worked here and never will". A superviser named Connie (we weren't allowed to know any bodies last name) has/had a penchant to fire people for little or no reason. Ther is a huge turnover at that store, and still no black workers!
