I ordered two tools from this company and only received one. They are stating I was delivered both tools. I called numerous times and emailed numerous times. I recieved no response. Furthermore, the tool I did get doesn't work! Now I'm out the entire amount!

So if anyone has any idea how to get in touch with these people I would like to know. Or if anyone has experienced the same problem I would like to know.
