Is A Scam ripoff, sent nothing, kept money, never responded New York

Purchased $110 shoes from Designer Dynasty. Should have checked this report first! Their webpage disappeared after about a month of looking for the shoes. They never respond to any email even though their site said they would within 48 hours. The whole site/company is a complete SCAM. The shoes were purchased using PayPal, but even PayPal may not be able to get anything from them. I am sure this company is now long gone. They will pay their dues in time. The terrible thing about this is that they are ripping off more teenagers who spend their whole check to purchase something that they will never get. Does the owner of this SCAM website ever remember being a teenager with little funds? Oh, I forgot, He was probably out robbing stores at that time. I hope he ends up in Jail.
