Dave Vierra Ripoff 3 Day job turned into 3 months

This guy is a smooth operator. Tells you what you want to hear. They gave us a start date, well, that came and went because we had one day of rain that wound up putting them weeks behind. I never heard so many excuses from one company. Can't make it because of a flat tire. Burglars broke into my garage and stole my boat. Had to wait for the police. A woman backed into an irrigation canal. Had to tow her out. I could go on and on, but that's all that comes to mind.

We had some curbing done that cracked because the operator (who had just come back from Mexico) apparently didn't care about what he was doing. Curbing was crooked, a half circle was not a half circle. Used the wrong sealer, so the curbing was cracking that same day. Then they come out to repatch cracks 4 times because each time they were "fixed" they would crack again. Not to mention, when Dave gave us a bid we asked, will you dig out the sod when the curbing is placed so the mower edge will be at the right height? Oh, yes, we always do. No they don't. Now we have curbing (that was supposed to have a useful mower edge) but the curbing is up so high it's useless. I don't know how many times we asked to have the curbing replaced to have it at the right height, and use the right sealer, and get rid of all the cracks. We said, just do the front yard. (no deal) We had also had sod placed and I'm not quite sure why we were the guinea pigs for the workers who had no idea how to place it or how to cut it. Then there was the crushed rock we had put down. We needed it NOT to touch the siding on the house, but when they finished, it was touching the siding. It was easier for me to fix then to continually ask them to.
