Dishonest ripoff, not a franchise as listed and does not reimburse expenses to chech out his business as promised

I contacted Rob Fritzer, owner with Family Tree Video listed on many franchise web sites as available for purchase. I proceeded to investigate purchasing his franchise opportunity. He convinced me to fly to San Diego and check out purchasing the franchise. He promised to reimburse me $500 for coming to check out his company, but after two months he has not reimbursed me. Turns out his company is not a franchise anyway - he sells you the business.
