I paid Reptek 1700 dollars for 1000 cdr's in jewel cases in shrink wrap. They did not fulfill this deal. Ripoff

Reptek Duplication company were to duplicate a thousand cd's for me for a price of 1,700 dollars approx. We had problems with them sending us proofs that were not identical to the design we sent them causing delay and cancellation of Cd release show.

When they eventually sent the product to us the cd's didn't play. They had not used the master copy we asked them to use and did not even check the cd's before making a thousand copies.

Upon ringing them and asking them what happened I was told " Michael, if you're gonna get angry I'm gonna hang up on you right now and not do anything for you, " at this point I had not even raised my voice.

The company then sent out a thousand new cd's that played correctly, only the new cd's were not in cases or in shrink wrap. This meant we would have to undo all the shrink wrap on the one thousand original cases with the faulty cd's and replace the faulty cd's with the ones that worked.

I asked them to cover the cost of shipping everything back to them for repackaging. They would not do it. They would not give us any money back.

I paid to have one thousand cd's made that were in cases and already shrink wrapped. Now I am put in a position of putting each cd in a new case myself, and without shrink wrap. I am a musician and I need these cd's to be ready to be sold asap, and this is not only setting me back financially, but greatly inconveniening my life as well.
