Bad check ripoff Bloomfield

I have received multiple calls from Boyajian Law Office/JBC and Associates in an attempt to collect a debt for an outstanding check to the Global in Marlin, Texas. The crazy thing is that this company told me that I had an outstanding check for Citizens State Bank and I worked at the bank and had my account there. I would know if I had an outstanding check. I checked with the bank and with Falls Co. And no one has any record of said check. The owner of this supposed company the Global in Marlin has been deceased about seven years. I requested a copy of the check front and back and was denied. I requested something in writing, again I was denied.

I am trying to purchase a home and this is hindering the process. Because it is on my credit report. So I called Boyajian Law Office/JBC and Associates and have been talking with Le Ron Dye and Tash Goodman. That is when someone actually answers the phone. I was told they were no longer handling this account and I asked for a letter and I was denied. Then Mr. Dye calls me back saying they are going to collect on this account. What a scam! I am outraged and tired of the run around.

I filed a complaint with the NJ Attorney Generals Office and a dispute with the credit bureau.
