Ripoff Charging $12 monthly, even after cancellation

I'm not quite sure how CIC Triple Advantage even got my information to start with. I think my husband (whom I am now divorcing) tried to pull up my credit report some months ago. As a result for the past several months I have have charged $12 monthly on my credit card for a service even they admit I have NEVER USED. I told them they need to cancel this membership, was assured they had and there would be no more fees charged. But guess what? The same day their rep made that "assurance" I was charged another $12 fee. That was Aug 01. I sincerely hope they do not charge again on Sept 01 or I will have to seek legal counsel.
