Disappeared, no longer a viable company RIPOFF California internet

Imagine my suprise when I logged on to diet divas and duh, there is no longer any diet divas website, no further address, no notice of closing, nothing.

I also am a so called "lifetime" member. They charged my credit card and left me high and dry. Thankfully I did not have anything on order, nor was I a daily user, but their program was valid, and convenient. Do I get a refund?
