Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I recieved a bill in the mail for one call long distance.
I was outraged to find out the date of the bill my family and I were on vacation out of the state.

But some how our name was accessed online through aol but we were not at home.

One call is crooks and I am fighting this all the way.
