Aika Modern Living AKA (Furniture And Furniture) Never Delivered My Product

This complaint is in regards to the purchase of a sofa couch, at Aika Modern Living located at 450 9th st San Francisco, CA 94103. The agreed price for the sofa was $3,300.00 with an initial deposit of $1,680.00 which was collected by the sales person, Daniel at Aika Modern Living on May 2nd. According to our purchase contract that was signed on April 30 the couch was to be delivered on Jul 15.

I have made several attempts to contact Murat Eren, who had introduced himself to me as the owner of the store by phone and in person and have left him several messages, but have still received no answer to my calls. When trying to get a hold of him last, i found out that his store Aika has been closed and he was operating from his other store called "Furniture and Furniture".

Speaking to him in person at the other location 475 9th St, San Francisco, CA he promised that he would contact me on Monday August 1 and let me know when my couch will be in his store. I have gone out of my way to locate him and get this matter resolved, but he has shown no interest in resolving this issue.

As well, in attempting to get a hold of Mr. Eren in his own store one of his employees, verbally assaulted my girlfriend and made discriminating remarks. Also after doing some research I found out that he has as many as 15 similar unresolved issues against both his stores that were reported to BBB by his clients. I just don't understand why people or businesses like this are still out there and ripping off people. To make sure others don't go through what I am going, I need your help to publicize this business and unveil his wrong doings. Please help me.
