Ripoff Joseph is a liar, Stay way away from Covenant

I purchased a Cigar Distributorship from American Cigar Company several months ago. They recommended Covenat Marketing Solutions to place the Humidors in stores. I contracted Covenant (Joseph) to place 20 for me. After having to wait 4 weeks i should have cancelled then and there but we all make mistakes.

Finally he has a man place the 20 units. 2 weeks later I make my rounds to refill and collect and nothing is selling. Several locations asked me to remove the units. Covenant Guarantee was 3 sales per day per location. I sold a total of maybe 10 in 20 locations. I then called Joseph and his response was no problem ill get them moved. That was 3 months ago.

Since then a total of 16 of his locations do not exist anymore and the 4 remaining do no business, but i leave them there since i have to many units sitting in my house now. Anyay after waiting week after week for Joseph to set up and date to replace the units which he said was this week everytime i spoke with him never happened I asked for a refund. I also asked American Cigar to help me with this matter since they recommend them as their marketing company. 4 months later im in the hole for more then 10K and none of these people give a dam. Ive issued BBB complaints about both and now being forced to take them to court costing me more money. So dont ever deal with Covenant Marketing Solutions out Frederick Co. Joseph is a complete weasel liar who does not have the guts to even speak to his customers..
