Ripoff! Unauthorized Pay-perview movies

I am being charged for unauthorized Pay-perview movies 15 of them at 9.95 each. I have many calls to the customer service center, but they "can not" help, I have been to the local office where I was told "to bad".
See their process is to order a PPM you go to the menu and select the movie you want and they display an 866 number to call... This is an automated system that will allow anyone calling from you phone number to order whatever they would like. Even though when you call in to talk about your account they ask many questions for "security" reasons. One person that I tried to talk to said she could not speak to me because my name is not on the account, that the account belonged to my husband (of 18 years) and that he needed to either call in himself or put the account in my name. But they will allow "ANYONE" to add charges to my account!!!

I had all the parental locks and pins in place over the last few years with out any problems, but recently Adelphia done a software "upgrade" that must have knocked those locks off without notcie to any user that they need to check for security. So I have 149.25 that they say "to bad".
