This company will ignore every regulation that has been put in place to protect a potential customer from being lied to and ripped off... Then will gleefully wave a "contract" written under false pretenses to force the customer to take delivery of overpriced vending machines. Once that's accomplished, they try to make it impossible to get through by phone to anyone who matters at the company, and though he doesn't really matter in the truest sense of the word, Stanley Gladstone is the guy who heads the place up. What that means is that he has the loudest garment district voice that screams about the sanctity of the "contract".

Although they hate it, and would never admit it, it took me about thirty seconds to get around the phone screening system they have in place, and when I was connected to the party whom I had just been told less than a minute earlier was in a "sales meeting", that guy, who had been SO glib when running the sales pitch, was absolutely speechless. I'll be able to reach him and the others any time I please, and have already lined up some other folks who have volunteered to make calls as needed.

Having read other posts from other victims in this forum, I've decided to have a little fun with ol' Stanley, and maybe in the process start the ball rolling that will land him back where he spent some quality time earlier in his life. My guess is that so far he's been able to beat up on people who lack the resources and wherewithal to fight back, but this time it looks like he's put some stuff in his lunchbox that he isn't really going to enjoy eating. Check back often to this site for updates. I'll soon be posting the introductory packet they ask you to pay for, along with a summary of judgements and complaints against the company from other states. I'll also post the link that I think will ultimately spell big trouble for Candy King of America. Today we've turned over a hefty raft of research on the company that we've done to our law firm, which decided after some debate not to name themselves Barracuda and Associates.

The real beauty of the situation as it now stands is that I am a distributor in good standing with Candy King of America, and if they don't perform up to the standards of their agreement in meeting their commitments, those lapses will only add fodder to the cannon that's drawing a bead on them.
