Misreprentation about capabilities

MediaCorp Worldwide is a company that purports to specialize in direct response television, retail distribution and product manufacturing. All-In Productions LLC agreed to grant MediaCorp Worldwide exclusive distribution rights pertaining to All-In Production products. MediaCorp ceased advertising All-In Production products on television in spite of the fact that MediaCorp continually stated that television commercials are essential if products are going to sell in the consumer market.

MediaCorp had the exclusive rights to distribute All-In Production products in Canada. Not one product was distributed over a full year.

All-In Productions has been advised that there are numerous others with complaints similar to those described above. All-In Productions intends to initiate litigation with MediaCorp.
