Ripoff - no shipment and "reporting me to collections"

As with the other victims that have reported Maakenterprises, my shipment never arrived. I questioned that in an email to them and got the same reaction from them. They questioned why I was upset, since they "clearly state" 4-6 week delivery. I never saw this anywhere.

A second email from them said they credited my credit card account back the charge, and are now send it to collection, and will report me to the credit bureaus. Should this happen, of course, I will let my lawyer handle it.

I am seriously considering contacting my state's Atty. General about this. Granted, all I wanted was Frontline flea control, and the amount is only ~$49, but this type of business practice is, well, unsavory, to be mild (and without e-swearing).

I got here by doing a web search for Maakenterprises. Sure wish I had found this site first!
