Rebate ripoff

You don't know the terms of the rebate till you receive your phone and information. The terms are not possible to meet.

They don't tell you if they are couting a 5 day work week or a 7 day work week. You are suppose to get 100.00 and 75.00 rebate per phone. We had 2 phones, first rebate you can't post mark for 120 day from purchase and the 2nd one 180 day from purchase.

The phones were purchased on 9/13/04 and as of today 7/20/05 we have been denied due to post mark.
We have clearly been riped off.
