500$ USD disappeared just because dress-for-less.com lame return service

I returned my purchase on February 9th, because it was not what I expected.

I just follow the instructions provided with the coat. I folded a page with a bar code, I remember well, and some pre-printed address, And I put it on a label pouch, also provided with the package.

I am talking of $500 Euros! It's a lot of money, lost just like that because of a very lame return service.

I contact them to asking to check it out. How many packages can you receive from Chicago? (The company is located in Germany)

I made some followup's here with carrier and with them (www.dress-for-less.com), and it was a dead end in both sides.

The package was insured but the carrier reject my claim.

By now is 99.9% sure money thrown away.

My only advise is be aware dress-for-less.com
