Pyramid Beauty School
Ripoff unsanitary, filthy, dirty shop, students have no clue!

Pyramid Beauty School in Memphis, TN is a rip off to clients. This school needs to be inspected and SHUT down! This place is always filthy and unsanitized, the students don't have a clue on how to do a client's, patron's hair. They shampooed my hair and not use condition which left my hair coarse and thicker. Which made it hard to style.

The students (along with instructors) used dirty towels, dirty combs and brushes in clients/patrons hair. I personally saw them used a razor blade arching a patron eyebrow and was not done correctly. (customer was upset and pised)

The student and instructors were always misplacing their working tools, borrowing curling irons, combs, brushes, etc, from each other to do clients hair. Students are always standing around the booths not doing anything. When the instructors do ask a student to do something most of the time the students will state that they are on or about to take their break.

Do to the fact that I am unemployed at this time I go to the beauty schools to get my hair done. Pyramid is close to my home, and the price is a little cheaper. However; being that the price for service is cheap, this is no reason for this school to operate in such an unsanitary manner.

Someone need to call the board of inspectors, and have the instructors clean up their act or shut the school down.
