A red flag went up when this company did not accept credit cards. Being recommended by a highly respected magazine I ordered. The service was great before I sent my check personal phone call the very next day with a promise that my bag was in stock and I would have it 6 days after my check was cashed. Sent my check 2 day mail and it was cashed on May 25 and as of today June 28th they have not responded to calls or e-mails.

I notified the magazine also and no reply. I am shocked that they can take your money and get away with it. I am a senior citizen and this was a birthday present for my daughter and totally upset and have lost alot of sleep over this. I hope they get locked up.
