Conversent failed to install service by the time promised; we've ordered service from another telephone provider, - a company that we are still receiving service from and still pay their monthly bills. Conversent never provided any service but is still billing, - for what I don't know. Since November they billed us $11,717.78. Fraud, fraud, fraud
