No problem, It's on me! Lew Magram Catalog accepted my return along with the $100 purchase amount. Rip-off Lew Magram

Lew Magram catalog bombarded me with catalogs from week to week. Finally, I was in need of a dress to wear to a family wedding and I decide to make a catalog purchase. Of course the color is not as shown and the sizing guide is no real indication of the size of the garment either.

I had to make a return and pay shipping to return the item as well. I had already made the purchase on a credit card. Lew Magram had received payment and a returned dress.

I requested a refund and I was sent a certificate for the amount of the returned dress. However, the catalogs stopped coming and I had no way to reorder for the amount of the refund certificate.

According to their customer service representative, Lew Magram can not refund cash.interestingly enough Lew Magram can easily accept a cash payment for nothing. I am left with a piece of paper with a dollar amount printed at the top and no dress for the wedding. Unfortunately, the certificate is not large enough to wear in place of the purchased dress.
