Dishonest fraudulent billing rude Ripoff

I had to cancel my service back in February. I returned 12 bottles which should have been a $72.00 credit ($6X12).instead, the company listed five returns which left a $26.00 balance on my account. No one ever contacted me up until this point. Well, today, I receive a letter from a collection agency for the $26!!! I even refered this company to my friends and family, in fact, my father signed up his business and they go through about 50 gallons a month! I told them I returned 12 bottles, and their response was "prove it". I then spoke to the owners, Scott, who was very rude and basically told me to screw myself. BEWARE! If you need water, go with the Culligan Man!
