MCI Wordcom Wireless - Fraud in sales in colusion with Axin Corporation

It was such a great deal for the price. The deciding factor was the off-peak hours 7:00pm-6:59am. As a minister working with national ministries, this was great-almost too good to be true. A group called Axin Corp. Was selling the contract for Worldcom wireless. I called Worldcom wireless to confirm if this would be the off-peak hours for the duration of the one year contract. I was told yes. So, I signed up. Now 4 months into the contract the off-peak has been changed to 10:00pm-5:59am. I have no use for the phone but to get out of the contract would cost almost as much as the duration of the contract. This was a selling point. Now I think it is fraud - colusion between Axin and WW. Do not, I repeat, do not sign up with Worldcom Wireless. I am considering turning it over to the Ohio Attorney General's fraud division.
