Ripoff

I am filing a report on bellsouth. I signed up for there business account and was placed under a 36 month contract. With in a couple of months I had to move locations. During this process I was told I could move my existing number to my new location. After a couple of days this was not done. The told me they are unable to move my existing number but they can forward my existing number and assign a new number at a additinal charge, and on top of that they signed up a new business account at my new location with out reporting this to me. I feel that bell south is a rip off, and they lie to the customers just to make a dollar. Now after all of this mess up they expect me to pay a $550.00 termination fee. I am in the process of trying to fight this because of bad customer service and for lying to me about service. If any ones has advise please let me know. I would really appreciate that.
