Billing error repeated over several months never get it correct

For the past 4 months Alltel has errored in my bill. They have my phones on the wrong plan and continue to chargethat way. Each month I speak to someone at there office and each month I get told that I am right and the bilol will be corrected. Each month it is not changed and get's higher.
