Karen Huber horrible customer service, overcharged, deceiving, and no store has no general manager Ripoff

I planned on visiting Kinkos to print approximately 750 letters and labels for a mailing. I called the previous week to ask several questions since I would be driving an hour to their location. I first asked if I would be able to use my own letterhead. The woman I spoke to on the phone said that would be okay. (I do not know the name of the woman I talked too). She also said that printing my letters and labels would not be a problem.

So, fast forward to Monday, June 13... I show up with my letterhead, and prepare to get to work. First, I am greeted with a not so pleasant welcome. The sales representative, Ms. Karen Huber, was very snappy with me. She said it would be impossible to print my letters at their location. She said they didn't have a printer capable of printing 750 letters, and using my own letterhead was not allowed.

She stood about 20 feet away from me telling another sales person that it was a ridiculous request, and she didn't know why I thought I could do it at Kinkos (I could hear the entire conversation) So, finally, they made "an exception" to let me go through with printing my letters. While working, I had several questions, to which Ms. Huber was very rude about helping me.

While printing, I had to cancel the printing to fix a glitch, and then re-start the printing. I told her co-worker at the counter, and she came to back to help - no problems. During checkout, I was double charged by Ms. Huber for the copies even though they didn't actually print because I cancelled them. She didn't believe me when I explained the situation to her; therefore I had to pay for something I never printed.

Secondly, I then asked to print some labels. She bluntly told me that they were very busy, and all their printers were taken. To be honest, I couldn't understand why she couldn't help me. I was in there around 10:30 A.M., and it was not busy.

I also believe she could have been more pleasant towards me. She was very hurtful in her responses to meI can not stress enough how demeaning she was to me. And on a similar note, I couldn't understand why Kinko's, who is known for printing and copying services, was unable to help me with such a small task. I had a simple job, which I felt was appropriate to take to Kinko's, and Ms. Huber acted like it was an unreasonable request.

I really felt like I was treated poorly by this person. I kept a positive attitude, and tried to stay friendly, even though I was really hurt by her attitude towards me.

Then, come to find out, there is no General Manager at this location. So, I figured, I would write the Asst. Manager about this issue... But low and behold, she is the Asst. Manager. And I personally think she treated me this way because there is no one there above her to monitor her actions.
