The Leonetti Group Refuses to honor refund, says I never ordered! Ripoff

Bob Leonetti (The Leonetti Group aka Crown Marketing LLC) sent me something in the mail. Here's a quote from his mail: "If you want to join Bob in this hugely profitable venture, call to receive his book and DVD right now for only $9.95 — and you'll get DOUBLE your money back if you're not satisfied!" I ordered 9/25 and I was not satisfied and returned the book postmarked 10/4.

The order form comes with a certificate saying "Double Your Money Back Guarantee. When you receive my RL Strategy Book and DVD, take a 30 day norisk look. If at the end of 30 days you are not convinced that you can make $30,000 a month and become wealthy, simple return the book and DVD. You will receive DOUBLE your money back. No questions asked."

It took me 4 months and many phone calls and wasted time to get my $9.95 back. I've been calling about my "double money back" refund and it's June now. They said I'm not getting it because they do not show I ever ordered their book! They said I could go ahead and report them. So i am! Do not order anything from the leonetti group. They lie!

If you'd like to bother them, call them up at 1-888-265-5419 Ext. 902. If you'd like to look up their bank account information, go ahead and do that too! Their account number is 100001023 and the routing number is 044115511. Their checks are drawn off the JPMORGAN CHASE BANK. If anybody can help me figure out how to ACH my remaining money owed to me, get a hold of me.
