I received an offer for this telephone service and had to cancel within 21 days for the free trial.

I received the info via mail on 04/20/05 and canceled on 04/20/05; however on 05/09/05 I was debited $49.95 for a service I do not need.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone would work on getting a refund of the full amount of $49.95. Thank you very much.
