Sprint is the biggest rip off that i know. My last report I received a call from a representative that help me greatly. Here recently Sprint made it possible to buy bundles of minutes for $5. I have spoke with numerous collection reps and they verify tah i went over my minutes quite a bit.instead if suggesting the bundle plan they would rather chage me. 40 cents a minute. I remember requesting the bundles. But no one noted my account. So in turn I am being charged hundreds on dollars because I "didn't ask to purchase a bundle".
