Did not suspend account. Came back from 2 1/2 month vacation with outstanding balance of $250 Ripoff Dallas

First the installers are rude, did not want to "work late" (even though they arrived at 7pm on a 12-6 appointment, then they were calling me an idot and other names in spanish (as if I didn't understand and making deragetory remarks about my wife (in spanish).

I sent her downstairs while the installers worked and I bit my tounge during the installation just to get it done.

Finally two months later I was able to get a hold of someone after spending nearly 40 hours total on the phone. They set up a time for someone to come out and look at the damages. No one showed up.

I spoke with a rep name Jessi who was yelling over my voice. From I've had problems with my services, my movie channels were cancelled and I was getting charged for a bunch of sports packages. NBA league pass was one of them. I had to call EVERY MONTH to fix this.

So I recently went out of town. I came back to find that my services were not suspended and noone could find notes on my account. I got the same story from the supervisor "we'll call you back".

So now I have a $250 bill for the time I was out of town, I have holes in the apartment wall and the brick outside, my brand new bed set was scratched so I got to enjoy it for about a week, brand new and a big headache.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE because once you do they will treat you terribly because you are stuck. My credit is PERFECT and if I don't pay it will go on my credit since they asked for my SSN number when I signed up and did a credit check.

Companies like this should be put out of business.
