The first faxs: Feb 22 1998 904 PM #1632 Dear Mathew Takita I dropped off a check & filled out a form for a U & O on 437 Elm Ave. The new buyer has just informed me that the U & O must be written just like the seller saying Auto body & Repairs. He is giving me such a hard time of it. Second faxes: Mar 29 1998 11:49 AM #1701 Att Chris Dear U & O Department. Thank you so very much for all your help on the inspection of 437Elm Ave, Bensalem. I know it was such a rush to get this done and then the buyers buyer did not show up for settlement. We have to put the property back up on the market and will call you when we finally work out the details on my buyers end, for a reinspection. Again thank you so much for your efforts! WOW! Is this the power of a real estate license. The faxes: were made for the sale to John F. Riley & Colleen Riley of Phila. {but when sale did not go through bensalem township used all the same paper work for a new buyer} alexander w. Johnstone Jr. Of Buck County Pa. I'd like to know what the Federal Communication Commission feels about, faxes that cut out all legal channels. I'd like to Thank Sheron James & Mathew Takita for all their help with the nightmare on Elm Ave.
