First nationa credit a scam to be stopped!

I was solicited by First National Credit to receive an approved credit card. I then sent a certified letter containing a check for $43.00. I know they received this as I have the return receipt with an indiscernable signature upon it. To date I have received Nothing from this company, or suppoesed company. This scam needs to be stopped!
