Capital Choice Consumer Credit ripped me off

While waiting for my new card to arrive I Decided to go on line and see if I could get any info on when it would arrive, then I came upon these reports, Please help me in anyway, I thought I had a Real credit card coming so I bought something that needs $1000.00 worth of work with plans to fix on the credit card I thought I was receiving. Now what am I suppose to do?
