I wired money to this person, for the purchase of salvage bulk hardgoods, known as tools and equipment, that they brokered from the Genco Corporation, they never sent me any merchandise, the sum of money sent was $11,359.00.

I contacted fresno, ca police and filed a complaint. I have yet to hear of any details on investigation, etc. I do not have any money to afford a lawywer now to hire and possibly get something done. I will probably never get my money back.

I tried to file charges against her and her company, but didnt receive any cooperation from police, etc. I just keep getting the run around. This lady stopped answering my calls and told me to suck it up and get a life. Is it really that easy to steal this kind of money from someone now days?

I have over 50 pages of documentation and correspondence to prove my case, but do not know how to get something done. Lawyers all want upfront fees, etc. Anyone with suggestions or info that may help, please reply to me.

I tried to buy these items as an investment for my business, and now I am on the verge of being bankrupt due to the fraudulent activity of this person and her business activities. I contacted the Genco Corporation, and they basically told me that they released the items to this company and they were not responsible, even after I notified them of problems concerning these matters.
