This company is full of ways to rip people off. The terms and conditions change. They say u have 30days but it shows 10.. One set of terms and condions say request for cancelling has to be in writing. The other set says u can email or call therey never answer or call u back. And the service@unitedplatinum.com they say you can email your request at is no good either...
