Ripoff Very Unprofessional! 2 days after my order was supposed to be delivered it still wasn't, when I contacted Customer Service for the 5th time they said oh someone should have called you, we had trouble filling the order Internet

I tried to have flowers delivered for a special event, and they never were. After I called customer service (try the number it rings forever before someone answers), they couldnt help me and I had to basically wait and see if a florist could deliver them. I have called them everyday since the order was placed, tried the LiveChat (what a joke that is) emailed them and still I have paid for flowers that were never delivered. They are very nice but VERY VERY unprofessional. Clearly an amateur company, do not trust them to make a delivery for you, you might get lucky but I highly doubt it.
