Bank of america consumer complaintsed bankruptcy to credit bureau and i have no account

I have been disputing the account, that i have never owned or had a signature card on, for the past two years. Fleet has contacted all 3 credit bureaus stating i had an account with them and had not paidon. They wrote the account off and had a collection agency buy the account. For 2 years they have been trying to collect, i had to go to court with the collection agency. When asked for my signature card nothing could be produced. The lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice, which means they have no paperwork, but maybe within one year they can find some. That means i still have to go back to court and have suit dismissed. I have paid lawyers fees for 2 years and still do not have my credit fixed. I have had cards cancelled and interest rates raised.

Thes issues you think some law firm would do a class action suit for deceptive practices.
