Selling Sick Puppies with Coccidia Westminste

On Sunday, April 24, my boyfriend and I purchased a 10-week old Siberian Husky ($900.00) from Pets Unlimited, aka Chien Et Chat, aka Indogneato. We were told that the puppy was in excellent health, and comes from a very reputable breeder, Tom Baumgartner, located in North Dakota. Supposedly, his puppies are registered as well as the Sire and Dam. The Sire and Dam supposedly are x-rayed for any hip problems, etc.
To sum it up, we were given a great sales pitch... And bought the puppy. Late that afternoon, we brought the puppy home only to discover it had severe diarrhea. The diarrhea began in the car, on the way home. We called the pet store, Pets Unlimited, and the Manager told my boyfriend that this is normal for puppies. We were given the option of taking the puppy to "their" veterinarian, at their cost.
We reluctantly agreed to do so and found out that the puppy had a parasite called Coccidia. We were given an antibiotic, Aldon, and were given instructions on what to do thereafter. A few days went by with no change in symptoms.
We decided to take the puppy to our own veterinarian, and upon further tests they discovered yet a second parasite that was not detected by the original veterinarian. A second medication was prescribed. It has now been twelve days since the purchase of our puppy and she remains with the same symptoms to this very day. She is at the veterinarian (her third visit in twelve days) as I write this, and I am anxiously awaiting the results. This has been extremely heartbreaking for us as well as disappointing, not to mention very frustrating.
We have contacted the manager of the pet store several times, only to hear a "gee, sorry" each time. Our hearts are broken and our carpet is disastrous. We honestly don't know what to do at this point. We have already incurred vet bills at the price of $260.00, not to mention carpet cleaning.
Last night, I stopped by the pet store to see if the manager was working. She was not there, however, the employee that sold the puppy to us was there and we spoke. He had already been informed of the situation, and once again, I was told "gee, sorry". As I walked around the store, I was very observant to the health/sanitation conditions of the puppies. I was shocked at what I saw. The store had brought in a new Siberian Husky, which I visited, only to see that it was lying in a pool of diarrhea. The cage, shared by another puppy, had several piles of diarrhea. I brought this to the attention of the sales person, who then took the puppies out, replaced the paper, and put the puppies back in.
After my experience with this whole situation and the research I've done, I now know that both of those puppies will be infected with parasites, and, unfortunately, will be sold in that condition, just like my puppy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
