Ripoff Got My Money Back

Supposedly I will be credited with $12.95 in the next couple of business days. Maybe you can get your money back by calling as I did.

I was able to get to a live person by calling 1-800-568-2386 and then, when they started to list the options to press, I pressed 0 (zero) instead and got an operator. They are only open between 7 am to 9 pm weekdays and less on Saturdays and not on sundays.

I (apparently) signed up for their certificate rebate program... Buy a $25 certificate for a store and get $5 back at the end of the month. Got a $50 Wal-Mart certificate for trying the program. When I got the materials, however, there were too many "this store is not affiliated with us" type exceptions so I wanted to cancel.

When I called the first time, none of the options actually provided me with anything. Then I thought about using 0 (zero) for operator and got through.

Representative was very helpful and told me he'd cancel and refund the $12.95 in a couple of days.

Am filing this in hopes that others can get through and resolve their problems. Good Luck
