Promised myself and daughter acknowledgement of all her accomplishments and did not complete the process Ripoff

I ordered and paid by check on 07/21/04, $62.00 book and pic from this company. I have tried over a dozen times to contact them and I get different answers as to when it will arrive. First, before Thanksgiving. Called again, it would be after Thanksgiving. Called again, it would come for Christmas.

I was told that there was a publication problem and the publishers messed up on to many of the students biography reports. The books were being sent back to the publishers and Now the telephone # and website are no longer available.

I should have followed my father-in-laws advice - "I was being ripped off"
