I received my Verizon basic phone bill with the additive of $7.82 from OAN, Teleseven, LLC on a date and time for which my wife and I both were not at home.
My wife went to usacomplaints.com and found out it's a rip off for collect calls whether a person answers the phone or an answering machine for which I thought one had to accept a collect call in order to be charged. I intend to notify Verizon and any one else above them that this is unethical to consumers.
This OAN, Telseven has advsed that if I don't pay this bill that they will put me in a collection agency. I hope they try, and I hope if there are enough of us that a suit is brought against them and their affilations.
