Weak Signal Despite Repeated Checks, Cancellation Request Ignored

As of June of last year I had this dish and it's been nothing but trouble. I had someone to come and check it out three time and each one told me whoever put it up there on my apartment building shouldn't. Even when the weather is good I don't have anything.

I haven't had local channel since two month after they put it in not to talk about the package I wanted. My credit wasn't good enough but now I tried to cancel and they tell me they are giving me that department and they always hang up on me. I don't want them to tell me anything more. Just want to cancel. I bought some rabbit ears and local is fine.
