Emode Tickle ripoff unauthorized subscription, hasseled by operator while calling to cancelling it San Francisco california

Tickle.com EMODE signed me up for a monthly subscription without my approval when i tried a quiz on their site.
I called the company in San Franciso to have it cancelled. The lady who answered my call asked for my email address then told me they did not have it in their system.

I told her I was on-line and looking at my account and the email addy i gave her was the one registered - she acted real put out but said it had been cancelled. I will be watching to see if anything shows up in next months bill, if it does, they can look forward to ANOTHER unpleasant phone call from me and a report to the Better Business Bureau!!
