Ripoff! Tell you one thing... Do another... Lie about it later!

My daughter was lured into signing a supposed 'one-year contract' with the promise of a free phone. As she counted down the days to the end of her contract, she looked forward to finding a better phone service.

When we called to cancel the phone we were informed that a two-year contract had been signed. If we tried to cancel there would be $150 fee. That was to pay for the FREE phone. Everyone I spoke to was mechanical and repeating a script and of no help in resolving the difficulty.

The person who had enticed her to sign the contract had convieniently moved to Germany. OH yeah. I reported them to the FCC. It looks like we will be squeezed into paying the $150 fine - who wants to deal with these low-life liars any further. I certainly don't want to see this mess on my credit rating. But I definitely will be spreading the word far and wide, isn't word of mouth supposed to be the best advertising.

Well, we should be spreading the word far and wide on the internet. This company is not customer-service friendly, or fair. I guess we've join the ranks of the 'Sprint Ripped Off Consumers.'
