Ripoff mislead no background check on clients one year of letters told I would get refund never did

Over one year fighting for a refund from together dating in new york. I was deceived into believing background checks were done on clients, not true. I never stepped foot in the new york office, I have never been seen! Membership was done over the phone and paid with credit card. I was matched with a 65yr old I was 52. I was matched with a man of Tibetian culture and had absoultly nothing in common. I was sent four matches of which three I had nothibg in common. I requested a refund and that's when this run around by mr. Gomez started. I came to find out that his agency is not nationwide, he said it was. I found out more then mr. Gomez wished I had and I told him of my findings. I have a message mr. Gomez left on my home phone, scary, he went on a long time and not happy with me. I questioned his honesty and he turned honesty around on me and used my handicap against me. I was told I had not been honest with my handicap, not true, I am looking for an honest partner, therefore, I included that on the initial form. He uses what ever he can and turns things around.

After one year of letters I was told I would receive a $250 refund, I have yet to receive it and I know I will not. I have learned much about the untruths of his service. I have another phone messasge mr. Gomez inadvertently left on my phone. It sounds like he is coaching a staff member on how to deal with clients and what she should say to them concerning money. My judgement, mr. Gomez did not sound to be a nice person! I have noticed that the nationwide together seperates itself lately with, together, the right one!
